 Solar Curved Tile Roof Hooks is made of stainless steel, which is corrosion-resistant and has a beautiful appearance.

         The installation method is simple and convenient, and it is very easy to use:

          First, according to the size on the construction drawing, lift the tile where the hook needs to be installed, put the hook on the installation position of the main beam, and fix the hook with three ST6.3*80 wood screws;

         Secondly, install the track on the hook with the block bolt assembly of M8*25;

         Use the track connector for the connection between the track and the track, insert the connector into the groove behind the track, insert 75mm into each side, and then insert the bolt lock;

         Then, install the track on the hook according to the construction drawing, and place the panel vertically on the two rails. The installation sequence can be installed from left to right and from bottom to top;

         Finally, use the end clamp to lock the side, screw the block on the end clamp to the bottom of the bolt, and then put it sideways into the groove of the track. The installation of the mid clamp is the same as that of the end clamp. The mid clamp is screwed to the bottom of the bolt, and then put sideways into the groove of the track, and the plate is installed sequentially from left to right with the mid clamp.

The adjustable hook for side mounting is made of stainless steel, which is corrosion-resistant and has a beautiful appearance.

Adjustable solar roof hook factory is suitable for solar roof track side installation on glazed tile, ceramic tile and asphalt tile roofs.

The hook is fixed above the tile roof by three wood screws (ST6.3*80), and the track is installed on the hook with the M8*25 clamp bolt assembly.

The track and the hook are in a 90 degree vertical shape, and the solar panel above can be installed horizontally or vertically.
