How can we get the Slope Ground mounting system?

Dear Sir/Madam,

I am looking for a solar mount system for my 30-degree slope. How can we get the Slope Ground  mounting system?I want to mount my panels to 45 degrees, so that’s 15 degrees from the slope surface.

The panels are 72 x Yingli YLM-J108, which are 1722 x 1134 x 30 mm.

There are to be two arrays:  Portrait 2 x 9 panels x 4 arrays; or

Landscape 3 x 6 x 4; or even Landscape (4 x 4 + 4 x 5)x2 sets.

The wind load rating has to be 50 m/s, with minimal snow load.

I am hoping for the lowest possible ground clearance at the low end.

I would like to use ground screws but could consider rammed 76mm pipe.

I note you claim ASNZS1170.2 standard.  Any certification?

I can accept delivery in Hong Kong (I have businesses there) but prefer

direct shipment to New Zealand.  I can arrange shipping and install.  I

assume you not have a NZ agent.

Is your slope like this 15 degrees? Do you have a specific picture or drawing of the location? If we can clearly know the information of your installation site, we can provide you with better design solutions.

Is the total amount of this project 72pcs solar panel? Or is this just one of the arrays? For this type of system, it is usually used together with ground screws. If ground screw is used as the foundation, how deep do you plan to bury the ground screw in the soil?
Our bracket was widely used in Japan before, and it was designed according to the wind speed standard of ASNZS1170.2 standard and also can support Strength calculation report.

  2.  I want to incline the panels to 45 degrees, so that means 15 degrees relative to the 30 degree slope.
  3.  The slope is running north-south (not east-west).
  4.  72panels in total, split into two arrays, probably portrait 2 x 9x4each but could be landscape 3 x 6×4 each.  4 x 5 + 4 x 4-2sets could also be considered.
  5.  Ground screws probably 1600mm.  The ground conditions are poor (uncontrolled fill) on top of glacial till.  The till starts around 1 to 2.5 metres (TBC by test screws).
  6.  It’s a Very High Wind zone, so we’re expecting ground screws at about 1.25m centres.

There is a shortage of ground mounting systems for slopes, so there is a potential market in New Zealand which I may be interested to pursue in conjunction with installers if you have a solution for my current Slope Ground mounting system project.
