There are several configuration for our nuts,
our standard nut is T-nut which is matched with our aluminum mounting rails.
Please refer to (4) of photos below:
the recommend model in solar panel specification is M8 flange nut,
please advise which configuration is correct.

Looks like the default clamp nut for frameless pv modules has a centering capability. Maybe better than the standard nut. What are your thoughts?
I say we get the default. If it doesn't work then we can get standard nuts anywhere.
You are correct Sir. It has a capability to center the clamp during installation. But the material we will use is not the same in the picture.
I suggest to purchase the standard flange nut (HDG). It will give more connection strength than the default nut. We will not use railings showed in the image, we will use C-purlins with holes on top of it (existing design).
Please consider ordering the standard flange nut (Hot Dipped Galvanized) as shown in the image below.

If possible, can you add big washer. Same quantity with the nuts.
Serrated nuts will be fine.
