Mid Clamp vs End Clamp
Mid clamps fix the gap between two neighbouring modules, while end clamps fix the outside edge of the first or last module in a row. Both are matched to the same module frame thickness, so a system usually needs end clamps for the two outer edges and mid clamps for every joint between modules. A mid clamp holds two neighbouring modules onto one rail and is used at the joints inside a row; an end clamp holds the outside edge of the first or last module. A typical row needs both.
Which mid clamp do I need for a 40 mm solar panel frame?
A 40 mm frame takes the IDS40 model. Check the frame height on your module datasheet or measure it with a calliper – the number you read is the model you order.
Are the bolts, washers and T-nut included with each clamp?
Yes. Each clamp is delivered complete with one M8 SUS304 Allen bolt, one M8x13 ribbed lock washer, one D8 spring washer and one M8 T-sliding nut.
What is the MOQ and lead time?
