Frameless solar modules are greatly moving forwards in solar PV industry, more and more clients choose bifacial moduels for there solar power generate projects.
As good aesthetic appearance with glass for light transmissioin, higher and higher efficiency for unframed solar panels.
But how to install frame-less modules firmly is a question for many of customers.

we need to mount frameless bifacial PV modules (size 2020x1015x6mm) on the existing frame on the roof.
Modules need to be placed in portrait orientation. Rails must be mounted vertically along the modules from top to bottom.
Amount of modules: 269 units.
They will need appropriate mounting systems for the described project – Rails, End and Mid Clams.
Precise information about sizes of Rails, End and Mid Clamps should be offer by this coming project.
As per information you given, frames are made of 50mm X 50mm square carbon steel.
Following is our frameless solar panel mounting systems .
(1) U rails, customized length is available .
The rails are flat at the bottom , you can drill holes and fix to your current existing frames by our matched SUS 304 screws .
(2) our frameless end clamps for 6 mm;
(3) Our frameless mid clamps for 6 mm;
U rails are suitable for this solar plant project:
1) U rail  (4.2m)                          – 630 m (150 piece);
2) Mid Clamps (SPC-FSPM-80) – 800 piece;
3) End Clamps (SPC-FSPE-80) – 60 piece;
4) Scvews (SUS 304)                 – 500 piece.
Frameless panel are: 2017 x 995 x 6.8 mm.   36 kg.
