installation instructions for SPC-CK-05 trapezoid clamp
1.1 SPC-CK-05 trapezoidal clamp is used on specific trapezoidal tin roof, The trapezoidal clamp consists of 3 parts, clamp , waterproof washer and 4 self-tapping screws, as picture 1 shows.
1.2 The size of the trapezoidal tin roof corresponding to the SPC-CK-05 trapezoidal clamp has a certain range limit. L=30±2mm, α=70°±2°, H≥30mm. as picture 2 shows
1.3 According to the site construction drawings,
Draw a line at the installation position of the tin roof clamp as picture 3 shows.
1.4 Put the SPC-CK-05 trapezoidal clamp on the installation position of the wave crest at the marking, as picture 4 shows.
1.5 Use 4 self-tapping screws with rubber washer to fix the SPC-CK-05 trapezoidal clamp on the tin roof. When installing, make the rubber washer tightly press on the side of the tin roof as picture 5 shows..
After installation as picture 6 shows.
1.6 All SPC-CK-05 trapezoidal clamps are installed as picture 7 shows.
1.7 Install end clamp components. Use carriage bolts to pass through the mounting hole from the bottom of the SPC-CK-05 trapezoidal clamp, and then pass the end clamp, M8 spring washer, and nut into the bolt. as picture 8-9 shows.
1.8 Install mid clamp components. Use carriage bolts to pass through the mounting hole from the bottom of the SPC-CK-05 trapezoidal clamp, and then pass the mid clamp, M8 spring washer, and nut into the bolt. as picture 10-11 shows.
