Mounting solar panels, such as solar photovoltaic panels or solar thermal cell panels to tile roofs, in fact a series of special challenges. Roof tiles can be made of a variety of materials such as ceramics, slabs, concrete or clay. These materials don’t have stable mounting surfaces for solar panels or other roof mounting equipment as it experiences normal wind and weather. In addition, roof tiles have various shapes and styles, such as flat roof tiles, or Roman roof tiles. These shapes and styles also bring challenges to installation.
The good solution is to use the solar tile roof racking system which includes the hook part combined with the rail. Remove part of the roof tile to expose the roof panel. The hook is hit on the wooden beam and the mounting device is fixed directly on the exposed roof. Flushing is generally placed on the base of the hook to prevent water infiltration. the removed tile section is then re-fixed to the base and the top label of the hook is exposed above the tile to allow the installation of the hardware connection.
