Product Description:
This Solar hanger bolt for steel is designed with self-drilling point. It is applicable for metal or corrugated cement roofs with steel supports. It usually use with aluminum L bracket or SUS304 connecting plate to fix the mounting rail.
Solar hanger bolt for steel purlin is made of zinc-nickel alloys which the strength is higher than copper material and high corrosion resistance.It comes supplied with EPDM rubber gasket and three stainless steel M10 flange nuts. The bracket is locked between the upper two nuts and the height is adjustable, the bottom nut is used for fix the metal sheet of the roof.
It provides a fast installation for metal roof steel purlin solar mounting. Due to theSolar hanger bolt for steel supports have the self-drilling itself, can drill into the metal sheet and the steel purlin or cement directly, don’t need pre-drill the holes. In this way, it save much of the installation time during the on site mounting.
