Can you offer 45mm / 46mm solar panel clamps ?

Hello we neeed urgently clamps for 45/46mm thickness solar panel installation.
I am end user, we are now building the solar park,
We would need the clamps in one month’s time.
8020 middle camps and 5360 end clamps
Very strong. 5mm thickness of wings
The frame of our solar moduls is 46mm
Do you have some stock?
I send some drawings of what we need, but we adapt a litlle bit
some dimensions if you would have something similar

A couple of clamp details need advise:
1. What is the grade of the aluminium AW6063 T5? T6?
2. What is the diameter of your holes? 8.5mm?
3. The frame of the moduls is 46mm but we have an additional profil 1.5mm thick on top, that makes 47.5mm
I am afraid 45mm won´t fit. Is for you 45mm a standart dimension that could not be change, or could you produce for 47.5mm?
4. As you see on the picture I already have 13000 allen bolts M8 55mm with nuts and washers
I would like to use them with your clamps, are they workable for your clamps?
5.Do you have spanish distribudor? Who is he? Has some stock of the clamps we need?
6.What’s the length of these solar clamp? 55mm? 50mm?
I would need 50mm at least, better for the frame of the module.
Could add some washers to the order if you have?
We would need about 5400 washers for my allen bolts M8 with external diameter about 15mm

Following is our clamp size and model recommendation:
(1) 45mm Mid clamps as below;
(2) 45mm End clamps as below;
1. Our clamps are made of AL6063-T5 grade alum material;
2. T diameter of clamp holes is φ9mm, which suitable for M8 bolts;
3. 45mm a standart dimension that could not be change, or they should be customizes the cost would be much higher than we quoted.
4. We could not change sizes for these clamps,
but I think our clamps are workable for your project.
5. We have no distributor in Spain. You can buy these 45mm clamps directly from us.
6.Our calmps we quote is 40mm in length, we can customized 50 / 55 mm length for you if you need.
