1.1 The stainless steel universal hook can be used on most trapezoidal tin roof. The stainless steel universal hook consists of 5 parts, the left half of the hook, the right half, the plate, the connecting bolt assembly and the waterproof washer, as picture 1 shows.

1.2 The stainless steel universal hook adopts long strip holes, so the corresponding trapezoidal tin roof size has a certain range limit. 70mm≥L≥16mm, 80°≥α≥0°,H≥25mm. as picture 2 shows.

1.3 Clean the tin roof where the stainless steel universal hook is installed, and dry it with a cloth, as picture 3 shows.

1.4 Loosen the flange nut on the stainless steel universal hook and adjust the shape of the hook according to different tin roof sizes. The waterproof washer should be tightly attached to the side of the tin roof wave peak, as picture 4 shows.

1.5 When the upper side of the trapezoidal tin roof is longer, pull the left and right parts of the hook, and the waterproof washer should be attached to the side of the tin roof, as picture 5 shows.

1.6 When the angle α of the trapezoidal tin roof is small, rotate the hook around the center line of the trapezoid to ensure that the waterproof washer is tightly attached to the side of the tin roof, as picture 6 shows.

1.7 After adjusting the position of the hooks, press the hooks so that the washer is tightly pressed on the tin roof, and then fix the hooks on the tin roof with 4 self-tapping screws, as picture 7 shows.

After fixing
as picture 8-10 shows.

1.8 Install the rail on the stainless steel universal hook from the side of the rail with M8*25 clamp and bolts assembly, as picture 11 shows.

1.9 After the installation as the picture 12 shows.
