Installation instructions for SPC-CK-04 trapezoid clamp
1.1 SPC-CK-04 trapezoidal clamp is used on a specific trapezoidal tin roof, It consists of 3 parts, clamps, waterproof rubber washer and 4 self-tapping screws, as picture 1 shows.
1.2 The size of the trapezoidal tin roof corresponding to the SPC-CK-04 trapezoidal clamp has a certain range limit. L=44±2mm, α=82.5°, H≥35mm. as picture 2 shows.
1.3 According to the site construction drawings, draw lines at the installation position of the trapezoidal tin roof mounting clamp as picture 3 shows.
1.4 Put the SPC-CK-04 trapezoidal clamp on the wave peak installation position at the marking, as picture 4 shows.
1.5 Fix the SPC-CK-04 trapezoidal clamp on the tin roof with 4 self-tapping screws, and make sure that the rubber washer is tightly pressed on the side of the tin roof during installation, as picture 5 shows.
After installation, as picture 6 shows.
1.6 All the SPC-CK-04 trapezoidal clamps are installed as picture 7 shows.
1.7 Install the rail on the SPC-CK-04 trapezoidal clamp from the side of the rail with M8*25 clamp and bolts assembly, as picture 8 shows.
1.8 After the installation as the picture 9 shows.
