Can you intall a solar mount on a pitch roof with customized hooks?

In the last 4 years, we got over 200000 of solar tile hooks and the quantity growing every year.
I will need the hook on drawing with our own.
Can you offer customized hooks on pitched roofs?
Let me know what will be the price for mold tooling.
(Need stamp it will be our company name and the patent number we have for this hooks)

We would like to have Timber screw as well, we will need 3 per hook, (please see attachment for it)
Regard the T bolt I'm not sure Your Tbolt (with anti-seize) will work with hour Racking system, So please find how to make it.
(T_bolt Nylok for Anti-seize,NYLOK Its not have to Be The NYLOK brand, if you have something similar. T bolt Just we need to make sure nylok treatment should will be on the beginning of the thread and not on the middle )
All material can be stainless steel.
we have another type of hook we need to produce please note that the base is the same just the top part changing.
On the same time, we would like to know what will be your ability to pack the unit 6 in a box and every 6 boxes.
About The packaging we want every 6 assemble hooks in a “pizza” box include 6 T-bolt, 12 leg screw, 1 installation manual
each box will have sticker with info;
each 3 boxs in master carton.
About the box size 15x10x3.5 inches. and we would love to reduce the size much as possible But let go with this one for now
the carton size for 3 boxes will be (internal ) 15x10x10.5 inches.
in a master carton and To add all screw, 1 color page of installation manual (Which we'll offer PDF file later)
don't allow to use and wood pallets, any type of plastic pallets its ok. (Per USA costume)
on top of the hook we will need you to supply the screws as well

It should be not complicated content / pattern, the letter sizes should be proper enough to fit gap of screw holes .
Following is one sample we fabricate for another client, we carve “PJ” two letters solar hook plate each :
the T_bolt Nylok for Anti-seize” , It should be Nylok glue process for each T bolt.
Nylok will be applied from treated 12 to 17 from the tip of the screw/bolt.
T bolt + M8 nut with flange + Nylok silimiar brand.
1- Include in each product the bolt and nut that connect between arm and base as well.
