I will also need a manufacturer spec sheet with the measurements for my report.

I see the T-Bolt for Solar Panel Mounting System reference on your website and would like to know whether you are able to sell and ship a number of these to Australia?

These are M8 threads, Qty 50 would be adequate.

I am putting existing secondhand PV roof rails (Schott brand, I think?. Eight panels all up) onto my garage and the t-bolts were nearly all missing.

(nearly, so at least I was able to identify the type and size of component required)

For narrow pv roof rails that are secondhand and i wish to install.

One shows the size of the t-bolt sliding area. A standard pv roof bolt is too fat and tall.

The bolt head is about 10mm wide and 23mm long and the thread is M8 diameter and about 25-30mm long.

The T-bolt shown in the photo on your website looks correct to me,Following is photo for your reference.

Both the red groove (existing L brackets for new roof) and the end groove (existing PV array end and mid brackets).

The internal dimensions of the groove are 23mm wide, 6 mm deep and 10mm opening hole, 25mm thread length.

Do you have the same type of M8 t-nut as for this M8 t-bolt?

So that would be the same shape head (bevelled rectangular), but has an M8 tapped thread hole instead of the 25mm bolt?

I have not seen any of these online, but they may work for some connections. if it does exist, let me know a price for those.
