Standing seam clamp is the core fastener for solar PV installation on corrugated metal roofs and aluminum‑magnesium‑manganese roofs, widely used in industrial and commercial distributed PV projects.
Designed for no‑drilling and no‑welding installation, it tightly locks onto the roof standing seam to securely hold PV mounting rails. It evenly transfers the weight of solar panels, wind load and snow load to the roof structure, while completely avoiding roof leakage and damage caused by traditional drilling methods.
Made of high‑strength 6005‑T5 aluminum alloy with anodized surface, our standing seam clamp provides excellent corrosion resistance, anti‑aging performance and UV resistance. Paired with 304 stainless steel bolts and anti‑slip pads, it performs reliably in high‑wind, coastal and salt‑fog environments.
